Becoming a member of Adelaide Shin Buddhist Dojo

Please register as a member before your first visit.

The completed form can be sent by email or post. We would be grateful if we can have time to receive and acknowledge your registration before your first visit.

Existing members and members of any affiliated Shin Buddhist temple or organisation do not need to register with us. Before your first visit please let us know by phone, text or email that you will be joining us, with details of your affiliation.
